Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • An exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Size Exchange

If you need a different size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered in the following circumstances:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been made.
  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and a replacement is not available.
  • The order is cancelled by Norvane Premium due to unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Products that have been worn, used, washed, or altered.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the exchange policy outlined above.

Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our side (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Norvane Premium will bear the return shipping charges.
  • For size exchanges or customer-requested exchanges, the customer may be responsible for applicable courier charges.
